MEDICAL DEVICE FACILITY REGISTRATIONS & PRODUCT LISTINGS – Initial/new FDA medical device facility registrations & listings will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of the completed registration form and payment; FDA medical device facility renewals & listings will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the completed registration form and payment.

COSMETIC FACILITY REGISTRATIONS & PRODUCT LISTINGS – Initial/new FDA food facility registrations will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of the completed registration form and payment; FDA food facility renewals will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of the completed registration form and payment.

OTC DRUG FACILITY REGISTRATIONS & PRODUCT LISTINGS – An FDA Solutions Group, LLC professional will contact you to request more specific facility and/or product information within 72 hours of receipt of your order and payment confirmation. Initial/new FDA drug facility registrations & listings will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt of complete facility and product information; additional product listings will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of complete product information.

USDA PERMIT APPLICATIONS – An FDA Solutions Group, LLC professional will contact you to request more specific product information within 72 hours of receipt of your order and payment confirmation. Permit applications will be completed within ten (10) business days of receipt of complete product information.
