* With the passage of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2012 (MDUFA III),  all medical device establishments must pay the FDA registration fee, regardless of establishment type or activities conducted.  The FDA annual registration fees for FY 2013 is $2,575.  This registration fee will be added to the above described service fees at checkout, and must be paid in advance of the rendition of services by FDA Solutions Group.

FY14 Fees for Establishment Registration
The annual establishment registration fee must be paid between October 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. For FY14, the registration fee for each establishment is $3,313 (U.S.). There are no waivers or reductions for small establishments, businesses, or groups - all establishments must pay the establishment registration fee.
